Chinese Medicine Traveller

This 1-day seminar focuses on learning the clinical understanding of Parkinson's Disease with reports of cases and review the various syndromes possibly encountered in Parkinson's disease. Dr. Robidoux will explain the scalp and body acupuncture, electro-stimulation, moxibustion treatments and will review formula patterns according to the classical system approach of Zhang Zhong Jing. Dr. Robidoux will describe the proper treatment protocols, formula patterns and prognosis according to the presenting syndrome.

Dr. Suzanne Robidoux has worked in the Neurological Hospital in Nanjing during her Ph. D.and she is actively treating severe cases of MS, Parkinson's and ALS with scalp acupuncture, clinical moxa and Chinese medicine. She will share the experience and knowledge she has gathered with these severe cases. At the end of this workshop, the participants will have all the tools necessary to apply the most widely used scalp acupuncture systems.
