<p><em>The course fee covers the course material and course content on the dates advertised.</em>

<p><strong>2. What are the regulations for cancellation of courses from Chinese Medicine Traveller?</strong></p>
&nbsp;
<p><em>We have not had to cancel any courses organised by Chinese Medicine Traveller up to now, but if there is a cancellation of any of our courses the participants will be advised 2 months in advanced. In case the course has been cancelled by Chinese Medicine Traveller, there will be full reimbursement of the course fee. However, we will not be responsible for any travel or hotel fees for the participants.</em></p>

<p><strong>3. What are the regulations for participant to cancel their participation to Chinese Medicine Traveller courses?</strong></p>
&nbsp;
<p><em>If the participant cancels within 3 months of the course, the deposit will be held and the rest of the fee will be reimbursed.</em></p>
<p><em>If the participant cancels within 1 month of the course, half of the course fee will be reimbursed.</em></p>
<p><em>If the participant cancels within 1 week of the course, there is no reimbursement for that course.</em>

<p><strong>4. What are the shipping fees covering?</strong></p>

<p><em>The $55 shipping fee covers the air express shipping fees from Beijing, China. After you have placed your order, you can expect to receive your package within the following 5 to 10 business days.</em>

<p><strong>5. Will someone have to be there to sign the reception of my package?</strong></p>
&nbsp;
<p><em>Yes, someone will have to be at the location to sign for the package reception from the international express shipping company.</em></p>
&nbsp;
<p><strong>6. What do I do if the book or product are damaged?</strong></p>
&nbsp;
<p><em>Please take a picture of the damaged good. If the goods are damaged due to poor shipping services we will contact DHL or the shipping company and take the necessary steps to send you the product again. We will replace your goods if they are damaged upon reception. To be able to do so, you we will need you to send the goods back to us so we will send you another product to replace it.</em>
