Join us and learn a lineage qigong online with Dr. Suzanne Robidoux. She has been a lineage holder since 2009 and has been actively practicing and teaching this form of Qigong since 2012.

During this course, you will receive the complete teaching of the Tai He Qigong foundation form as well as its origin and focuses. By the end of the weekend you will have received the complete instructions for the Tai He level 1 as you will be able to practice by yourself as well as be eligible to register to join the group sessions occurring twice a month.

No recording is permitted and attendance is required.
 

Each day will be 3 hours broadcasted live (6 hours altogether), with interaction through chat rooms. There will be a handout for this weekend with a worksheet of 10 questions at the end of the weekend to obtain your credits. Participants will have one week to complete the worksheet and send it by email. We will also take online registrations. If a participant is unable to attend one of the days of the weekend, an audio recording will be sent, 1 day per participant. However, the recordings of the weekends will not be available otherwise.

London: same day from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Eastern time (Montreal/New York/North Carolina): same day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 noon.

Western time (California/Vancouver): same day from 5:00 AM to 68:00 AM.
