Description

This authentic Xiu Zhen Tu scroll (also known as the Diagram of Cultivating Perfection) is one of the most famous and important diagrams in Daoism. In contrast of the Nei Jing Tu, the Xiu Zhen Tu shows the meditator from a frontal position rather than a side position and has relatively more text describing Daoist inner alchemy (Nei Dan) practices, lunar phases and the “thunder rites” of celestial Daoist masters.
