               In Taiwan, three different classical lineages of Chinese doctors have survived the test of time and are being taught through discipleship. They are very closed schools of knowledge and experience that are very traditional and strict. They have kept the knowledge of the ancient Xian (miraculous doctors) and passed their knowledge through closed teachings and very few practitioners have this knowledge today.

 

               After 12 years of practicing Chinese medicine and searching for a traditional school of Chinese medicine, Dr. Robidoux was accepted in the Classical School of Acupuncture (古法针灸) school in Taiwan, where she became a part of the lineage. After three year under direct teachings from her master, she has grasped the classical acupuncture techniques, the Bianque manipulation techniques, some traditional pulse techniques, meditations as well as the traditional Yuan qi Acupuncture System.

 

                In this course, Dr. Robidoux will share her knowledge and experience in these systems. After this course the participants will understand the origin of this system, have a new understanding of the circulation of the various energies in the body and learn how to apply this new system with their patients. This system has 60 Yuan qi points that work as doors or keys to access and unblock the circulation of the internal energies. Suzanne will explain how each point correlates to the different areas of the body by understanding their connection to the 5 elements and the channels theories. This system has two particular body maps. After this course, practitioners will have understood how to use these maps to treat their patients according to their symptom manifestations.
