In this seminar, Dr. Robidoux will teach the importance of combining these clinical skills properly at the different stages of diseases as there will be 4 to 5 patients a day coming in for treatments after the morning qigong practice. Participants will observe the treatments where we will clearly identify the application of over 10 different types of moxibustion methods, the appropriate times to use Yuan Qi acupuncture and how to integrate scalp acupuncture. Every patient will receive a Jing fang classical differentiation and diagnosis as well as an optimal formula for their ailments. The focus of this clinical internship is neurological and degenerative disorders but there will be patients with other disorders as well. After the patients are treated, a block of time will be reserved for questions and discussions on every case. Dr. Robidoux will also discuss some interesting case studies of severe pain, paralysis, anorexia and life threatening bleeding disorders as well as infertility and multiple sclerosis.
The Qi Gong will be practiced every morning and afternoon to nourish the three energy centers, re-vitalize the practitioner and improve health. In this practice, practitioners will receive the keys to unlocking physical and emotional blockages and obtain peace and clarity. There is one hour of Tai He Qi Gong before each clinic day. This Qi Gong was taught directly by Padmasambhava from Tibetan Buddhism and is very useful for all people, but especially for therapists. During the 5 days, the first form will be taught fully, as well as its meaning and breathing exercises explained.
